Renée M. Beavers — Author
| Publisher | Book Coach

Renée M. Beavers is an author, publisher, and book coach whose journey in publishing was forged through perseverance, faith, and hard-earned wisdom.

She wrote her first book in 2009 and eagerly partnered with a large publishing company, investing over $4,000 with the hope of launching her author career. Unfortunately, editing was not included, the process lacked guidance and care, and the experience became overwhelming and deeply discouraging. Renée not only lost her money—she lost her confidence as a new author. It took time, prayer, and fasting for her to heal and rediscover her voice.

Determined not to quit, Renée chose a different path. She committed to learning how to self-publish, educating herself on the process, and reclaiming ownership of her message. That decision marked a turning point. Through self-publishing, she rebuilt her confidence, gained industry knowledge, and discovered her passion for helping other authors avoid the same painful mistakes.

Later, Renée participated in an anthology with a well-known media personality. While the opportunity appeared promising, the experience again proved difficult and misaligned. However, this season led her to an unexpected gift—meeting an exceptional book coach who transformed her understanding of collaborative publishing. That relationship not only restored her trust in the process but inspired her to lead her own anthology with excellence and integrity.

From there, Renée’s publishing journey flourished. She continued writing alongside her husband, Gil Beavers, and went on to publish 19 co-authors and 5 solo authors, guiding them from manuscript to market with clarity, compassion, and professionalism.

Today, Renée is the founder of RICH RR Publishing, a purpose-driven boutique publishing company built on relationship, integrity, and education. Her mission is to empower authors to publish with confidence, protect their investment, and steward their stories well—so no author ever feels alone, misled, or unsupported in the publishing process again.
